Linda Smith is a native California artist who currently lives in El Dorado Hills.  She recently retired from Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento, after 27 years as a registered nurse, to realize her desire of becoming an accomplished artist.  Through nature's vivid colors and beauty,  Linda is inspired to express her passion and interest on canvas.  Her artistic focus and interests are western scenes, landscapes, people and animals portraiture's in the classic method.  As a self-taught artist, Linda is constantly evolving with her work,  Absorbing all the knowledge she can from books, magazines and fellow artist.  Through years of sketching, painting and experimenting with new styles, Linda strives to create a look and feel all her own.  Everyday is a new adventure in her life and in her art.
